A new church, dedicated to Our Lady of Mercy, is our dream to offer a spiritual haven to local and foreign communities that will flock into the New Administrative Capital.

New Cairo
The New Cairo community is vibrant and diverse, catering to families settling in New Cairo since the early 2000s. Currently meeting in a catholic school’s club, this community eagerly looks forward to having its dedicated place of worship.
The New Cairo community is a welcoming atmosphere for Egyptian families and the Filipino community who vivify the biweekly mass in English.
Join us in organising and participating in Masses, catechism classes, and other welcoming services. You can help us establish a strong foundation for this budding congregation.
6th of October
The 6th of October community caters to the expat Catholics, currently gathering at the Coptic episcopal house. The project of building a church there aims to provide a dedicated space for worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth to this growing community.
